Louise's Sweets & Treats is a home based bakery and I focus on classic cakes as well as new and modern tastes. All of my treats are homemade, made to order, and baked with love. My love of baking comes from my grandmothers and that is exactly what I want you to feel when you taste my creations.

Hi, I am Brittney “Louise” Lee Duncan owner and baker at Louise’s Sweets & Treats. I started baking when I was in college for friends and family. I learned to bake by watching both of my grandmothers in the kitchen, many of the recipes I use are theirs. This is a passion of mine and I am elated to share it with you. Thanks for your support!
Morgan Lee

Kenneth Lee is my father and my Number one supporter. He makes donations, promotes my business, and generally helps anyway he can. You can possibly catch him delivering in the Birmingham area!

Vallery Lee is my Mother, she is the one who pushed me to start my business, and is always coming up with new idea to expand. She helps in any way she can, sometimes even delivering!
Louise Thomas
NAMESAKE
Louise Thomas is my maternal grandmother, and she is the namesake of Louise's Sweets & Treats. The Cream cheese Pound Cake recipe is what started it all. That is her recipe and she has taught me what it takes to bake.

Mildred Lee
INSPIRATION
Mildred Lee is my paternal grandmother, she is my other inspiration for baking, I can always remember her baking a cake and bring it to family functions. I also use some of her recipes.
Torrey Duncan

Torrey is my husband, he does a little something of everything. You can find him at all events with me (sometimes for me), making deliveries and sometimes helping out it the kitchen.
